Coach Jim is the second-longest tenured Tennis coach in the history of Missouri State University. Over a 27-year career, he led the Tennis Bears to ten conference titles.

He continues to teach tennis as the Pro at Hickory Hills Country Club, where he’s helped hundreds of members learn the game over the last 30 years.

Coach Jim was recently inducted into the Springfield Area Sports Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Missouri State University Sports Hall of Fame.
